I was browsing through twitter threads on marketing and I found this awesome fact that Rand Fishkin shared: I took a pic of the same and thought I should start discussing this!

This is amazing because, Marketing can be and has to be learnt by doing rather than merely by looking or hearing! Most digital marketers start off with tech because that is what is their strong hold and slowly begin using their common sense to come up with awesome campaigns that work.

Marketing is really the study of human behaviour applied in the context of commerce!
